As the Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for SalesForce and 3rd Party Vendor Administration. You will work closely with the Sales and Client Success teams to ensure clients are onboarded efficiently and client data is accurate. You will partner with the Sales Team to build and maintain reports using SalesForce. You will collaborate with the New Business Development Representatives and Client Success Teams to empower clients to focus on their daily operations.

Candidates should have a passion for enabling high levels or productivity through process efficiency and clear support and have a strong eye for detail.  



  • Compile all new client paperwork; communicate with New Business Representatives to determine what information is necessary to successfully onboard clients 
  • Create new accounts in proprietary accounting system 
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding onboarding materials and timelines 
  • Schedule onboarding meetings with clients as well as internal staff 
  • Send client paperwork via DocuSign or PDF via Zen Desk 
  • Act as liaison between sales team and 3rd party vendors 
  • Import, manage and maintain external data including account information and contact details  
  • Respond to client requests for support via Zen Desk 
  • Maintain accounts in SalesForce with most updated information available 
  • Correct contact information when necessary 
  • Update off service dates and details 
  • Answer calls and messages from sales team to assist with daily paperwork and client questions 



  • 3+ years of experience in a sales support role 
  • SalesForce experience required 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships 
  • Leadership skills  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Time management including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Strong computer skills, including Internet familiarity 
  • Strong customer service skills/background 
  • Must exude courtesy, politeness, and patience 
  • Must be team orientated 
  • Must be detail orientated  


Compensation for this position is $50,000 – $55,000 annually.
