RASI has helped us open our eyes to see where we needed to re-evaluate our menu. Whether it was repricing, rethinking, re-plating, or getting rid of menu items altogether, RASI’s Menu Engineering guides us to make the correct decisions for our businesses in real-time. RASI’s Menu Engineering Graphs and Reports show my team how to effectively price our menu items. The managers know where they stand with costs and what trends impact our business.

RASI’s services keep all 11 of our businesses aligned and consistent on Inventory and Ordering practices and cost accountability. We have great leverage with our vendors due to the RASI Interface; we can review and print reports detailing the business we do with vendors. RASI advocates for us and helps strengthen our Buying Position through their Purchasing Program. They have provided us with proof of our consolidated leverage to negotiate the best prices and deals.

RASI developed financial acumen and accountability team and build leadership in my organization. They are stronger, better, more focused leaders due in large part to RASI’s ongoing Training and Support. RASI provides excellent developmental tools and training which gives me the time I need to oversee my company, instead of having to micromanage all day-to-day operational tasks.
