Please reach out to the General Manager and or designated RASI Shifts Administrator at the restaurant you worked for. RASI is not legally permitted to speak with anyone at the restaurant who is not listed on the restaurant’s RASI Account. This is due to the privacy and security of every restaurant employee as we cannot confirm your identity over the phone.

This is due to the privacy and security of every restaurant employee as we cannot confirm your identity over the phone.

You can find your paystub by logging in to https://rsishifts.com/ signing in with your username (last name + last 4 of your social i.e. smith1234) and password (default – same as username with a capital letter i.e. Smith1234). You can then select the Payroll tab, and then choose Paychecks. Please view the video below for more information!

You can retrieve your W2 by logging in to https://rsishifts.com/ signing in with your username (last name + last 4 of your social i.e. smith1234) and password (default – same as username with a capital letter i.e. Smith1234). From there, click on the Payroll tab and select W2s. Watch the video below for more information!
 

Your default Username for https://rsishifts.com/ is your last name + the last 4 of your social i.e. smith1234. Your default password is the exact same as your Username with a capital letter i.e. Smith1234.h

If you forgot your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen at https://rsishifts.com/. If your default Username is not working, please contact your Shifts Administrator at the restaurant as we will not know what any of your Usernames or Passwords are if they are not the default settings; your Shifts Admin is the ONLY person who can reset them.

If you are an Administrator and have a question that was not addressed above, for further customer service assistance, please call us at (720) 826-9900 or submit a Support Request to the department needed – please be prepared to provide your Administrative credentials as we are not legally permitted to speak with anyone at the restaurant who is not listed on the restaurant’s RASI Account – this is due to the privacy and security of every restaurant employee as we cannot confirm your identity over the phone.
