Please reach out to the General Manager and or designated RASI Administrator at the restaurant you worked for. RASI is not legally permitted to speak with anyone at the restaurant who is not listed on the restaurant’s RASI Account. This is due to the privacy and security of every restaurant employee as we cannot confirm your identity over the phone.

You can find your paystub by logging in to https://employeeportal.restacct.com/login. You can then select the “View Pay Stubs” tab, and then click on the check date or check number for the pay stubs you would like to view. Please view the video below for more information!
If you forgot your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen at https://employeeportal.restacct.com/login.
If your default Email or Phone Number is not working, please contact your General Manager or Administrator at the restaurant. RASI will not know any of your Emails or Phone Numbers; your General Manager or Admin at the restaurant is the ONLY person who can reset them.
If you are a RASI Administrator and have a question that was not addressed above, for further customer service assistance, please call us at (720) 826-9900 or submit a Support Request to the department needed – please be prepared to provide your Administrative credentials as we are not legally permitted to speak with anyone at the restaurant who is not listed on the restaurant’s RASI Account – this is due to the privacy and security of every restaurant employee as we cannot confirm your identity over the phone.
